Tooth Fairy — Two Sided

Tooth Fairy — Two Sided

Tooth Fairy replaces the bedtime visitor with a hollow-eyed, fanged mask. Its large back illustration hangs among loose teeth; a small pair of curved fangs marks the chest.

Artwork and meaning

The creature's eye sockets are empty and its mouth is an open gap, while long sharp teeth hang from the lower edge. Rings and dangling cords make the face feel like a found ritual object, and a pale spiked aura suggests the kind of glow a fairy tale might give its hero. On the ground are the little teeth that would usually stand for a child's harmless exchange. In this version, the transaction feels much less innocent. The title underneath stays playful, letting the artwork deliver the unease. A second motif of paired fangs on the front keeps the premise alive without revealing the whole visitor.

Artwork details

• Front: small pair of curved fangs inside a circular Tooth Fairy and Relics of Violence title
• Back: large fanged, hollow-eyed mask with hanging cords and scattered teeth, Tooth Fairy title
• Visual language: Black engraved texture and pale radiating shapes on light fabric.

The Relics of Violence series

In Relics of Violence, even familiar stories can leave strange objects behind. Tooth Fairy turns a childhood ritual of reward into a display of teeth, asking what we learn to surrender when a frightening figure is presented as kind.

Who this shirt is for
