Punkrabbits is all about cutting through the noise and delivering raw, unfiltered designs straight to you. We use decentralized Print-On-Demand (POD) techniques to ensure that every piece is a statement, free from the constraints of traditional fashion. This system minimizes waste, producing only what’s needed, and gets unique designs to you faster, without middlemen or unnecessary delays.
Because each Punkrabbits item is custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference. we urge you to pay attention to our size guide and close consideration for the design.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To qualify:

• Provide a clear photo of the defect or damage

• Include your order number and a brief description of the issue

Wrong Item or Misprint

If you received the wrong product or a printing error occurred, we’ll replace the item at our expense.

Non-Returnable Items

As per FTC and standard POD practice, custom-made products are exempt from return requirements under U.S. consumer law unless defective or not as described.
