Nostalgic — Hoodie

Nostalgic — Hoodie

Nostalgic places a human face partly opened into fragments of memory across the back of a Punkrabbits hoodie. A smaller front mark introduces the thought before the larger image comes into view.

Artwork and meaning

Nostalgic makes the past a structure lodged in the head. Broken pieces, small shapes and loose strands fill one side of the portrait, while the other side remains almost painfully still. Memory can be beautiful, but this image knows how it can crowd the present. The gaze remains forward even when the mind keeps returning.

The pieces scatter above the brow; the face does not disappear.

Artwork details

• Back: large gold face breaking into memory fragments and tangled shapes
• Front: small Nostalgic wordmark
• Visual language: Gold linework forms a half-intact face under fragments that resemble rooms, stones and tangled thoughts. Radiating marks keep the broken side in motion.

The Distressed Souls series

Distressed Souls turns private states of mind into portraits that can be seen, challenged and carried. In Nostalgic, the image follows the struggle to carry old scenes without living entirely inside them. The series moves between unease, memory, enchantment and escape with enough humor and defiance to give the wearer a way into the conversation. Its names describe the artwork’s characters, not the person wearing it.

Who this hoodie is for

For fans of surreal memory portraits, fractured faces and warm gold on black. It suits someone who wants an image with a human contradiction to examine, not a simple label to accept.

Hoodie, fit and sizing

Unisex pullover hoodie with a drawcord hood, pouch pocket and ribbed cuffs and hem. Compare its size chart with a hoodie you own; size up if you prefer extra room for layering. Listed color: Black. Available sizes appear in the options.

How to wear it

Wear it over a plain tee with dark trousers or faded denim. Keep the back clear of an outer layer to show the full illustration. Check the gallery for the exact color and placement of both prints.
