Masks off — Hoodie

Masks off — Hoodie

Masks off brings two weathered hands pressed against a gold skull above assertive red MASKS OFF lettering to a Punkrabbits pullover hoodie. The main image occupies the back, where its symbolic scene can unfold across a larger field.

Artwork and meaning

The gesture might be concealment or revelation: the hands cover the face but also draw attention to it. What remains when a social expression is stripped away? The blunt red words interrupt the intricate bone and make the invitation impossible to miss.

The hands do not settle whether this is hiding or disclosure. The wearer gets to decide which moment is happening.

The Poetic Nihilism series

Poetic Nihilism is Punkrabbits’ visual language for finding a kind of freedom after easy answers fail. In Masks off, performance, exposure and the uneasy freedom of being seen becomes an image you can carry through ordinary life. The larger back field makes Masks off part of the wearer’s silhouette as well as a scene to inspect up close.

Who this hoodie is for

For people tired of polished personas, skull-art lovers and anyone drawn to identity as a question. It also makes a thoughtful gift for someone who would rather wear a question than a slogan with a ready-made answer.

Hoodie, fit and sizing

Unisex pullover hoodie with a drawcord hood, pouch pocket and ribbed cuffs and hem. Compare the size chart with a hoodie you already like; choose your usual size for its intended fit or size up for more room to layer. Listed colors: Black. The product options show the available sizes.

How to wear it

Let the back print show over dark trousers; add a plain tee underneath for a simple layered look. The dark base lets the artwork’s gold, white or red details hold the focus.

Print and care

Original Punkrabbits artwork printed on the garment. Wash inside out in cold water with similar colors, then tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print. Follow the care label for any garment-specific instructions.
